Prevention & Wellness

Stevens Hospital has committed in its mission and vision statements to “improve the health and well-being of the community” and to “respond to the health needs of a diverse community.” Prevention and wellness are as important to us as providing diagnostic and treatment options for our community. Below and to the right are some of our prevention and wellness offerings. Keep an eye on the classes and events and senior resources portions of the website for additional offerings.

Quit Smoking

Quitting smoking is a big part of combating pulmonary disease. We encourage your efforts and recommend the following resources to help you:

Exercise, for all the Good Reasons

We have a variety of exercise programs for individuals at all stages of fitness. Whether you're training for a marathon or living with Diabetes we have a program for you. Call 425.640.4330 for more information.

Flu Vaccinations

It's recommended that most individuals, particularly those over 65 years of age, have a yearly flu shot.  Every fall Stevens offers flu shots to the community at the hospital and at worksites. Call 425.640.4330 to find out more or make an appointment.

Worksite Wellness

We know you spend a great deal of time working. So we've developed a worksite wellness program where we come to you, a benefit to both employees and employers.
