Cardiac Rehabilitation

What is cardiac rehab? Heart disease is America's No. 1 killer. We're here to help you battle it with a full-service program for prevention and management of existing conditions. Our cardiac education classes and monitored exercise program enable patients to return to an active lifestyle.

Our patients typically have one of the following conditions or procedures:

• Angina.
• Heart attack bypass surgery.
• Angioplasty.
• Valve disease.
• Heart failure.
• Bypass surgery.
• Diabetes.

And Some people come here looking for a supervised exercise program.

In addition to helping people with heart disease, the program is also designed to reduce the risk for high blood pressure, elevated cholesterol and diabetes through weight loss and education. Classes are offered at Stevens Hospital.
