Cancer Screening Registry
Stevens Hospital has developed a program that will improve the community’s access to cancer screening tests, such as mammograms or colonoscopy exams. Not every cancer has effective screening tests, and no screening test is perfect. But for cancers of the breast, colon, prostate and cervix, there are simple screening procedures that have been proven to save lives.
To improve cancer screening in the community, we have developed the Stevens Hospital Cancer Screening Registry, which allows us to remind participants when they are due for screening tests. Stevens Hospital will not use the registry information for any other purpose, nor will it be shared with anyone else.
If you would like to participate in this lifesaving screening registry, click here to complete the Stevens Hospital Cancer Screening Registry questionnaire.
At Stevens Hospital we take great pride in the care that we provide to cancer patients. Good cancer care begins with early diagnosis, achieved by conscientious screening of high-risk populations.
Working with patients’ physicians, we believe that this registry will dramatically improve screening compliance in the Stevens Hospital community ultimately save lives.
We appreciate your interest and participation in the Stevens Hospital Cancer Screening Registry.
