Medical Staff Overview
Welcome to the Stevens Hospital website, medical staff section. We have tried to incorporate information on this physician site for your benefit, which includes direct links to the online physicians' library, all hospital phone numbers, physician paging, front line and back line numbers (physician-only access), and a calendar of medical staff meetings and events. Please feel free to reach me if you have any comments for upgrades to the physician section of the website, as well as any medical staff issues or concerns. This is an exciting time to be on staff at Stevens Hospital, as we are moving from a period of transition and stabilization to that of growth and new health care opportunities. Medical Staff Office
The Medical Staff Office (MSO), located on the third floor next to the Physician’s Lounge area, credentials all physicians and allied health professionals. The MSO maintains records pertaining to compliance with all federal and state regulations affecting physicians and allied health professionals, and coordinates various social activities.
Additionally, the MSO is responsible for coordinating the medical staff organization’s extensive credentialing functions and other formal activities. The office maintains expertise and provides advice and consultation to the medical staff leadership with respect to federal, state and local laws.
