Since 1964, Stevens Hospital has offered a full range of hospital services including cardiac and cancer care, obstetrics, emergency services and state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging. Stevens is licensed for 217 beds and employs a staff of more than 1400. Physicians practicing at Stevens include more than 450 primary care and specialty providers. We are committed to clinical excellence in all our services in a way that focuses on customer service and financial prudence. The board of commissioners for Public Hospital District No. 2 of Snohomish County is responsible for oversight of the hospital and its facilities.
The patient access department is the hospital department that receives and welcomes all patients into Stevens Hospital. They are responsible for the administrative processes that support the clinical delivery of care. Patient access, open 24 hours, 7 days a week at various hospital locations, has its main registration operation at the first floor east entrance of the hospital as well as in the emergency department.
