New – Pay Your Bill Online Through ePayment
You may now pay your bill online using your checking/savings account, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. It’s easy and offers these advantages:
1. View and pay statements any time.
2. Keep track of your payments.
3. Save time.
Sign Up For Online Payment
Log on to pay your bill online with ePayment. You can choose Just Pay It for quick online payments or enroll to view statements and pay multiple bills at once.
You need to have access to the Internet and a valid email address. When you sign up, you will need the following information as it appears on your current statement: account number, customer name and billing zip code.
Be sure to enter everything exactly as it appears on your statement (including capitalization and nine-digit zip code). After this information is authenticated, proceed with the sign-up instructions on the screen to complete your enrollment. When you have finished your enrollment, you will be able to view your most recent statement and make online payments. Once enrolled, you will no longer receive paper statements. An e-mail notification will be sent each time a new statement is available for viewing.

Financial Assistance
Stevens Hospital will offer financial assistance without regard to race, creed, color, sex, age or national origin to patients who present themselves for care at Stevens regardless of ability to pay.

Finding Out About Fees
We can give you a general estimate of the charges for procedures, but because it is impossible to know what additional service(s) may be required, it’s difficult to be exact. Please remember that your bill from Stevens Hospital does not include services provided by other medical professionals involved in your care. Patients will receive a separate bill for their physicians' professional services. If you have questions regarding physician billing please call the number on their statement.
Credit Policy
When you come to Stevens Hospital for scheduled services, you are responsible for the cost of your care, just as if you were purchasing any other service. If you do not have health care insurance, please be prepared to pay at the time of service. As a routine practice, the hospital attempts to collect all known patient expenses prior to the delivery of services, when appropriate. This includes deductibles and co-pays. All balances after insurance are due and payable within 30 days following the date of billing. If you are not able to pay in full or would like to know about financial assistance, please contact our business office at 425.640.4230.
Paying Your Bill
Stevens Hospital accepts cash, personal checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Cards. As of December 7, 2009, you may also pay your bill online through our ePayments system (see above). Additionally, you may call to pay your bill by phone with credit card at 425.640.4230 or you may pay in person at our customer service desk in the first floor registration area.
