Questions Patient care, safety, and outstanding service are priorities for achieving Stevens Hospital’s mission of improving the health and well-being of the community through local, high-quality and compassionate health care services. We encourage you as patients and family to communicate openly with your physicians, nurses, nurse managers, and other clinical staff, and to be a strong advocate for your own care.

We welcome your compliments, complaints and concerns, so please contact Kate O’Neill, Patient Advocate, at 425.640.4365 (or extension 4365 if using a hospital phone) or koneill@stevenshospital.org if you feel your issues have not been resolved. You also have the right to contact the Department of Health at 800.633.6828 and/or The Joint Commission at 800.994.6610 to report any concerns or register complaints. All concerns are taken seriously, and every effort will be made to resolve the issue quickly.
