Community Outreach
As a community hospital, Stevens Hospital is committed to supporting the community in which we serve. The local hospital supports charitable organizations that work to improve the health of citizens in our community, or events that provide Stevens with a venue to interact directly with our community.
Sponsorship Guidelines
If you want to be considered for a contribution from Stevens Hospital, your event or organization should promote:
- Healthy living or disease prevention for the general public.
- Community events that provide a venue where representatives from Stevens Hospital can interact face-to-face with at least 1,000 community members.
- Events located in the communities we serve. This includes Edmonds, Lynnwood, Mountlake Terrace, Mukilteo, Mill Creek, Bothell and Everett.
Limitations
Stevens Hospital will not sponsor contributions for certain types of requests, including (but not limited to):
- Individuals.
- Organizations or events with a focus outside of our geographic area.
- Objectives not aligned with our mission or values.
- Multi-year requests.
- Sports teams.
- Any violation of Stark or federal laws.
Submission Guidelines
Sponsorship requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis within six to eight weeks of receipt. All requests should be directed to Steve Kaiser at skaiser@stevenshospital.org and include the following:
- Name of your organization.
- Mailing address.
- Phone number.
- A brief description of your organization’s purpose and values.
- The reason for your request and a description of the project or event.
- Dates and amounts of any previous sponsorship by Stevens Hospital.
- The amount being requested.
